I finally admitted it...

What changes when you stop building like it’s 2018.

Turns out… I’ve been low-key sabotaging my own growth

Here’s what hit me this week… I’ve been building Authentic Evolution like it’s still some side project I’m holding together with duct tape.

But it’s not.

It’s the membership that fuels our nonprofit, Remeria.
And Remeria isn’t a “someday” thing. We’re actually building it, retreats in Puerto Rico, a long-term plan to support people (including veterans), and a structure that can actually sustain the vision we’ve held for years.

My husband finally called me on it.
“You’re building a $500M vision but still trying to do it the bootstrap way.”
And yeah… that one stung, because it’s true.

We’ve been laying the groundwork this year, funding strategy, applying for grants, getting clear on revenue streams, but I realized I’ve still been treating this like a passion project instead of a movement with teeth.

Meanwhile, the manifestation world is still full of people trying to sell shortcuts they haven’t even taken themselves.

The whole “just invest and the universe will meet you” thing?
It’s a mess when you’re living off a credit card and calling it alignment.

We need better conversations.
We need more honesty about patterns, choices, and nervous system capacity.

So yeah, things are changing over here.
I’m stepping into a bigger space and I’m done making myself smaller to make the process look palatable.

Also… I purged my email list on Tuesday.
I’m committed to the numbers that matter.
Guess what number remained? 111.
Not bad for a reset. 😉

But even if you’re not building a movement or running a nonprofit, the pattern is the same:

Where are you still operating from an old version of you?
It’s time to move differently.

P.S. I’ve got a new workshop coming in June to help you reset your nervous system fast in the moments where you feel overwhelmed, frozen, or about to snap. More on that next week.
